Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things do not work out as expected, and we will work with you to provide a solution that should work for both of us.
First, we consider that all sales through this website www.brotherbrad.com are final – so we do not take returns based on ‘change of heart’ or ‘wrong size’ or ‘incorrect purchase’.
Second, we will replace a faulty item upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage when you first received the item. We ship all products in brand new condition, and items are inspected before and during packaging to ensure they are in good order to be received. We expect that they are handled with care by our shipping partner, however we understand that things may not go well during the shipping process, so we will gladly resend a brand new copy of the item to you. Leave it to us to make a claim through our shipping partner for damaged goods, there will be no further expense your end. We may need to contact you if they require more information, other than that it should be a simple requirement.
